Just a gentle reminder for this Sunday's meeting.
We are playing the Cashflow 101 this Sunday (6th Jan) at 10Am & 2:30pm at YMCA Secunderabad.

The game can only allow a limited number of people to play at any time, so guys do confirm your participation by email/phone to Srinath or me.

There is no MAGIC FORMULA to get out of the rat race in the game (and in life as well).... It is an ART; which you need to master.
And the best way to master the art is by playing the game; by making mistakes; learning from the mistakes and playing the game once again.

on 30th December 2007 (Sunday) at 10 AM & 2.30 PM.


We are conducting "CashFlow 101" game sessions for free and now you
get an opportunity to play the eye-opening game created by Robert
Kiyosaki, author of the "RichDad" series.

Currently membership is free, the group has about 100 to 150 members, by
June'08 we plan to take the memberships to about 500-600 members. You
get to interact with like minded people who are already on their way
to Financial Freedom and who can guide and help you get out of the rat
race too. This is a collective effort where inputs from people from
various backgrounds and experience will help each other to get off the
ground faster!!

Seminars are also being conducted on Financial Planning every
fortnight you are also invited to join these session too, call me for

We also provide feedback about loopholes in ur financial strategies
and where there is scope for improvement, giving concrete positive
feedback to go to the next level in financial planning.

The time has come to brush up your financial skills. With the start of the new financial year, the concerns are already on: Stock Market Meltdown, Real Estate over heating, Inflation pumping up. Largest meetup ever in hyderabad

Hi Guys!!!

It is 11 February 2007

2 storming game sessions were held at Hyderabad Cashflow club(HCB)

Srinath and myself (vinod) started the session. We spoke about the importance of financial statements in every bodies life. Interestingly it’s a student session for the first time in HCB. Most of them never tasted pay check. So the rules of game are new to them, again the way they play is also different.

At 11:30 the game started. 13 guys turnout for this session. The first dice was thrown by Kalyan eventually became the first one to get out of Rat Race and finally won the Game. His small business has made him fortune.

But prior to this Rupa, Pradeep, Prasad, Gulshan were also out of Rat race. It took some time for them to understand the game, but they finally made it.

Well Ajit and Roshan were unfortunate to remain in Rat race, in fact they clinched the maximum number of deals, but couple of downsizes and big doodads kept them away from winning, sometimes things don’t go your way, and it just happens real life also.

Subba Rao sir was little rookie in his approach, but any way learning is more important.

Finally before closing the session we discussed about the mistakes everyone made in the game.

The first session took for more then 2hrs to finish.

The second game started at 3:30pm.

Well as usual the Rich Dad fans assembled in the afternoon. They were around 12 people attended this session.

Srinath took the precedings and spoke about the cashflow management in “Rich Dad Poor Dad”. Anand sharma and Jeet were the first to come out of Rat race by 5pm and eventually won the game.

They were around three downsizes.

Yeshwant Nama and energetic Mohammad Ali were in one team, Madhu, M. Praveen shastri took the doctor card, Anand sharma, Mohammed Ayaz ali, T.Srinivasa Rao, Abhilash, were the contestants in game.
Entire game lasted around 2hrs to complete the game.

Finally we all had discussions on the mistakes in playing the game.
