We are playing the Cashflow 101 this Sunday (11th Feb) at 2:30pm at YMCA Secunderabad.
The game can only allow a limited number of people to play at any time, so guys do confirm your participation by email/phone to Srinath, Vishal, Ali or me.
There is no MAGIC FORMULA to get out of the rat race in the game (and in life as well).... It is an ART; which you need to master.
And the best way to master the art is by playing the game; by making mistakes; learning from the mistakes and playing the game once again.
That is why the Cashflow slogan is "The More You Play, The Richer You Become"

A Rocking January Meet !!!
Hi Guys,
We had a rocking time in our last meet!!
13 people turned up for yesterday's meeting and we had a simply wonderful
experience.
We gave a small introduction to the game early on since most of us were playing
the game for the very first time. Mr. Srinath was the first one out of
the Rat Race and eventually went on to win the game.... (Congrats
Srinath...U really played an excellent game)
Vishal was out of the rat race next... but he didn’t win !!!
think what made this game really interesting is that we had very few cases of
downsizing and bankruptcies this time around. (I remember that the last meeting
had more than 4 cases of downsizing)
This was the not the case this time, I think only Mr. Rao was downsized and that
too only just once in the game (But he recovered really well to make a wonderful
comeback into the game)
So more or less, no one had a spell of very bad luck and had an equal chance of
winning.
(The common reason that a lot of people usually give is the 'bad luck' of being
downsized several times in the game....I gave the same reason a number of times
:) )
I think what made the game really great was the discussion that we had at the
end of the game in which we analyzed what we did wrong and what we did right!!
Guys, it would be really great if we can share some of our learnings with the
group. Do join-in!!

Festive season right ahead!! Wishing you a very happy and prosperous New Year 2007!!
RichDadSecbad Club invites you for our monthly meetups at YMCA Secbad
on 7th January 2007 (Sunday) at 2.30 PM.
We are conducting "CashFlow 101" game sessions for free and now you
get an opportunity to play the eye-opening game created by Robert
Kiyosaki, author of the "RichDad" series. This game actually costs
about 16,000/- Rs (or 350 USD) . and we are the only ones who are actively
encouraging people to play and learn for free in South India.
Currently membership is free, the group has about 50-60 members, by
June'07 we plan to take the memberships to about 300-500 members. You
get to interact with like minded people who are already on their way
to Financial Freedom and who can guide and help you get out of the rat
race too. This is a collective effort where inputs from people from
various backgrounds and experience will help each other to get off the
ground faster!!
Seminars are also being conducted on Financial Planning every
fortnight you are also invited to join these session too, call me for

We also provide feedback about loopholes in ur financial strategies
and where there is scope for improvement, giving concrete positive
feedback to go to the next level in financial planning.
